During your appointment

We will meet. Discuss the style of brows you are wanting to achieve. Get to know each other. Tell jokes. Listen to music. Laugh. And possibly take a nap. And walk out happy, excited and sometimes hugging.

After your appointment

An aftercare instruction card will be given to you along with your aftercare goodie bag. It is crucial to follow these instructions to ensure a smooth healing process. The most important is to keep the area clean & moisturized. This will achieve the best healed result. A healing balm will be provided. Allow your body to heal the way it needs. Therefore, do not rub, pick, or scratch at your freshly done brows.

Down the road

During your first appointment, more than just your eyebrows are being analyzed. I look at your skin and it’s undertone to choose the correct pigment. For some, pigments will be mixed for the color to remain true to tone throughout the longevity of brows.

In most cases clients cosmetic tattoos stay true to color. However, due to lifestyle and iron deficiencies, others may fade to different tones. If this were to happen to you, a color correction formula can be achieved to alter the unwanted color.

Long term

Applying a sunscreen daily AFTER healed brows will help to keep the color stay. Just like any other tattoo, sun’s exposure will allow the tattoo to fade more quickly. If you are a swimmer, chlorine can fade a Microblading tattoo. By applying a vaseline to the healed brows will help keep the color true. Frequent chemical peels or the use of products containing Glycolic Acid, Retin-A and Vitamin C can fade Microbladed brows. Simply tell the technician you have a cosmetic tattoo and to put the product around the area. This will help to prevent fading.

Overall, the fading speed depends on your personal lifestyle. You may need a touch up every 1-4 years.
